WFIEEtEAS, by Resolution No. 3998 s passed by' the council on the 22nd day of
July, 1968, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment ro11
of the Bost of ~ Oit~;;~ Project No. 567, and
W~ ~ -, the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assess-
went has men completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW TFIIEft~F'ORE', RE IT RESO~I,~ED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as followss
1. A public hear~.ng shall be held on the 23rd day of September, 1968,
in th® council chambers of the Richfield City Hall, at 7s15 P.M. to pass upon
such proposed assessment and at such time and place all. persons owning pro-
perty affected by such improvement will. be given an opportunity to be heard
with reference to such improvement.
2. The city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment tc~ be published in the official newspap3 r at least
two weeks prior to the hear~gs and he shall stage in the notice the total
assessable cost of the impro~ment in the amount of X89.92.
Passed by the city council of the City of Richfield this 22nd day of July,
1968.
