RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE' ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PFi.EPARATION O F PROPOSED ASSE55MF~I T FOR CITY PROJECT N0. 5 b7
~~IERE-AS, the following construction was performed during the year 1967:
Sanitary Sewer Lateral - 7601 5th Ave. S.
W?3ERE'A5~ costs incurred are $332.06.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE' City Council of the City of Richfield
as followss
1. The costs of the construction of Sanitary Sewer Lateral -
7bOl 5th Ave. S. to be specially assessed is he reby declared
to be $189.92 and therefore that sum will be assessed against
the property benefited thereby.
2. That said assessment shall run for a period of twenty years.
3. The city clerk shall forthwith calcualte the proper amount to
be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable _
lot, piece, or parcel of land affected without regard to cash valu-
ation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed
assessment in his office for public inspection.
!~. The clerk shall notify the council upon completion of such
proposed assessment.
Passed by the city council of the City of Richfield this 22nd day of July,
1968.
