RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON AUGUST 12, 19b8 ON

AND OILING PF~(9GRANl, CITY PROJECT N0. 518
WI~RE'AS, by Resolution No.3996 passed by the council on the 22nd day of
July, 19~, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of
the cost of the 1967 Annual Street Improvement and Oiling Program, City
Project N®. 5t~8, and
T+-A~, the city clerk has notified the council that, r~oh proposed assess-
ment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW THE a FE`, BE' IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. A public hearing steal]. be held on the 12~~ day of Augur t, 1968, in
the council chambers of the Richfield City Hall at 7:15 o~clock to pass upon
such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning pro-
perty affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to b e heard
with reference to such improvement.
2. The city clerk is hereby ducted to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published in the official newspaper at
least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the
total cost of the improvement to be assessed will be $117,083.43•
