PREPARATION OF PROPOSEdD ASSE5SI~TT FOR CITY PROJF~CT N0. 548
WHERN~AS, the City Council has heretofore ordered work done by day labor for
the improvement of all streets and alleys in the City of Richfield known as
City Pro3ect Np. 548, 1967 Annual Street improvement and Oiling Program, and
WHEREAS, the net cost of construction of City Pro3ect No. 5i~$ has b®en deter-
mined to be $68,932.69, and of this cost the City of Richfield w3.11 pay
$11, 261.01 ass its share of the cost including its share. as a pxoper+ty owner,
and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that there ~s a total of $3d,306.5 aseeesab]~e
front feet against which the fpreging costs: sha1L be assessed..
NOW THERE'F'ORE', BE IT R~50L9ED by the City Council o~ the pity of Riohf~.eld
as f ollows s
1. That the. cost of City t'ro~ect No.~ ZItB to be specially assessed
is hereby declared. to be ~1.1.7,083.1~3~.
2. That the assessable front feQt against whic2} such costs shall be
assessed is h®rsby d®clared to be 836,306.5. ,
3. That the rate per assessable front foot is hereby declared to be
fourteen cents (Q.~.!}) • ~ .

be specially assessed for City Project No. 548 against each t,ot, piece and
parcel of land with~.n the City of Richfield affected, without regard of cash
valuation, as provided by law.

file a copy thereof in has office for public inspection, and shall notify the
