RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL PROVISIONS
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF A PART OF TRUNK HIGHWAY NUMBER 394, RENUMBERED
AS TRUNK HIGHWAY N0. 35W WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
RICHFIELD - ELECTRIC LIGHTING SYSTEM WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD

WHER~~S the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans., ~~pecial provisions and
specificat~.ons for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highw~:o Number 394 renumbered as
Trunk Highway Number 35W within the corporate limits of the ~C~,ty of Richfield from the
North C~x~porate limits to 0.3 miles South of T.I. ~a94; and
WHI~REAS said plea are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint
Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S. P. 2782-106 (T.H,35Wa394);
and
WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the Department of
Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, aaad identified as S.P.2782-1OF~
(T.H, 35W®394), Minn. Prod. 135Wm3 (98) 097, which, together with the Minnesota Depaxt-
ment of Highways Specifications f®r Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1964, as
amended by 11Supplemental Specif~~~cations" dated February 1, 1966, on file in the office
of the Commissioner of Highwagv~sy constitute the specifications for said improvement of
Trunk Highway Number 394 renu~a~-~rred as Trunk Highway Number 35W; and
WIiEREAS copies of said plains and special provisions as so marked, labeled and
identified are also on file in fiche office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS the terms "said plans and special provisions°' as hereinafter used in the
body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorp®rate
the plans and special provisions in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and
described,
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions for the improve-
ment o£ Trunk Highway Number 394 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 35W within the
corporate limits of the City of Richfield be and hereby are approved.
BE IT FURT~IER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown in said plans and
special provisions be and they are hereby approved and consent i~ hereby given to any
and all changes in grade occasioned by the construction of said Trunk Highway Number 394
renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 35W in accordance with said plans and special pro-
