RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING
ADVERTISEMENT.FOR BIDS ON AUGUST 19TH, 1968, FOR CONC1iETE
SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION.

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3969, passed by the Council on the 27th day of May,
1968, a preliminary report for City Proiect No. 569A and .~69C was so ordered, and
L~YEREAS, pursuant to ResoloBr~toc~ N®. 3974, passed by tae Council on the 10th day
of Julg~, 1968, the preliminary;tr~oo~dered was received and a Public Hearing on said
impr~~rrement was so ordered to be held on the 24th day ®f June, 1968, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3978, passed by the Co~ci1 on the 24th day of June,
19689 the City Engineer was so ordered to prepare plans and_speoificatiQ~sfor Concrete
Sid~waltc~onstruction, as oa~tlined ~~ aa~.c3- Resolution No. 3969 and has presented such
plans and specifications to the Council for approval.
- NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the-City of Richfield, Minn®
esota:
1. That such plans an~1 specifications are hereby approved, Clerk's File No,7876
2. That sealed bids w~~!'~1 be publicly opened by the City Manager on the 19th day
of August, 1968, ins the Council Chambers of the City Hall and that such bids
will be tabulated a~xd presented to the City Council for award on the 2bth day
of August, 1968.
3. That all bids shall be filed with the City Manager no later Haan 11:30 A.M.
on the 19th day of August, 1968.
4. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise fog bids
on said improvement as required by law.
