WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Co~incil adopted on the 27th day of May,
1968, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference~to sidewalk
r~onstruction as designated in Resolution No. 3969 and this report was received by
the Council on July 22nd, 1968.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That the Council conffiider the improvement of such sidewalk construction in
accordance with the report aaa~fl the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement of $5,521.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 12th day of
August, 1968, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:15 P.M. and the Clerk shall
give published notice of such Hearing and Improvement as required by Law.
