WHEREAS, such ~.4t is low in relation to surrounding propert~,es end serves

WHE~tEAS, constructing a dwelling unit ph sudh 1.Qt wqul,d cre~t~ ~ev~xe
problems from the standpoint of dra~:nage, and
WHEREAS, such -lot would constitute a des~trab~e add~.tion tp the area of
such neighborhood playground, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such ~.ot has offered to se].~, same to the ~i~y fQr the
sum of $1,200,80,
NOW, THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVER by the city cqunc~.l of the C~.ty of R#:chf~,~;~.d,.
Minnesota, as follows:
1. It ~.s hereby determined to be necessary and e~cped~.ent to the pub~.ic
health, safety, convenience, and general welfare of the ritzy tq acgt}~.re .said Xot
as city property.
2. It is hereby determined that the q~'fer to sell such a~are~nent~,oned lot
to the c~.ty is a fair and reasonable offgrand the same i$,h~reby a~cepXed.
3,. The mayor, acting city manager, ahd adm~.nistrativ~ staff of the city ~,re
hereby authorized, and directed to take such steps to ~ffact s~}~h puxch~se.
4. Purchase price of such lot shall be paid out of the Capital O~,tlay
account of the Special Revenue fund.
