WHEREAS said plans are on fife in the office of the Department of Highways. Saint
Paul, Y~Iinnesota, being marL~ed~ labeled, and identified as S.P. 1981-33, 2782-~99, 100
(T.H.:~SW~:~94) ; and
WHE3~AS said special provis~.ons are on file in the office of the Department of
Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesotan being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 19$1-33,
2782-99, 100 (T.H.35W=394) Minno Pro,j. 135W-3 (91) 091 which, together with the Minn-
esota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated. ,January 1,
1964, as amended by 1ASupplemental Specifications01 dated February 1, 1966, on file in the
office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improve-
ment of Trunk Highway Number :~,-: revered as Trunk Highway Number 35W; and
i,Ji1iEREAS copies of said pl=~~~~ .and speci~.~. provisions as so marked, ~.abeled and identi-
fied are also on file in the office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS the term "Said plans and special provisions°B as hereinafter used in the body
of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to dean, refer to, and inGgrpvrate the
plans and special provisions in the foregoing recitals particular.~,•:;;3dent3:fied and de-.
scribed.
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions for the improve-
went of Trunk Highway Number 394 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 35W with~.n the limits
of the City of Richfield be and hereby are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown in said plan$ and
special provisions be and they are hereby approved and consent is hereby givan to any and
all changes in grade occasioned by the construction of said Trunk Highway Number 394 re
numbered as Trunk HighwayNumber 35W in accordance with said plans and special provisions.
