RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF BOND ON OFF-STREET PARKING
William Naiditch
455 Rice Street, St. Paul, Minn.
Location: 7721-7733 'Emerson Avenue
1100-111,2 West 78th Street
Use: Three 17 and One 13 Unit Apartment Bldg.
WHEREAS, William Naiditch, 455 Rice Street, St. Paul, Minnesota, had an 0#f-
Street Parking Agreement with the Cfty of Richfield relating to 7721,7733 Emerson
Avenue South and 1100-1112 West 78th Street, which contract bears the designation of
Contract No. 743, and which contract was guaranteed by a band of the Minnesota
Fidelity and Deposit Company, Baltimore, Maryland, in the sum of $10,Q00 snd
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Fidelity and Deposit Company of Baltimore, Maryland,

now seeks to be relieved of any further obligation under said bond, and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no justification for requiring said Will:~am
Naiditch to continue to provide a bond for security on the petforn~ce of said
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLt~ED by the City Council of the City of R~.chfl.eld,
Minnesota, as follows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorl.zed and directed to release the Mi~n~
esota Fidelity and Deposit Company of Baltimore, Maryland, for any and all acts of
Mr. William Naiditch, committed or incurred in violatian of said Contract No. 743,
on and after the 10th day of June, 1968.
Adopted by the City Council this 10th. day of .Tune, 1968.
