RESOLiJTION AiJTHORIZINC 2dGREEMENT WITH HENNEPIN COUNTX
ON SHARING COST OF WOOD L2,IZE DEVELOPMENT

B,E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as
follows:
1. That the prop®sed agreement between the County of Hennepin and
the City of Richfield entitled °°Cooperative L~greement" providing for the
sharing of the costs ®f the second stage of dee~e~,®pffient.of Wood Lake
(dredging), as presented in the City of Richfield°s application to the
County of Hennepin, is hereby given Clerk's File No. ?875 , and ordered
to be placed on file.
2, It is hereby determined to be a~ecessary and expedient to the public
health, safety., convenience, prosperity and geaaea~al welfare for the City to
enter Into such an agreement and such agreement is hereby approved. The
Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute such agree
went on behalf of the City of Richfield.
