NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ~S®LVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1.. That the Council consider the improvement of such sidewalk construction in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion
of the cost. of the imppvoement of $30.664.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 2~ath day
of June, .1968, in the Council. Chambers of the City Half at 7:15 P.M. and the Clerk sha11
give published notice of such Rearing and improvement as required by Law.
