BE IT RESOLVER by the City Council of the-City of Iti.chfis~.d~ Migm~sota, as fol~,ows:
1, That the' proposed geometric layout of the Ofd-Street Parking ass contained in
Off-Street Parking Application No. 67~-24, ~ontzac~t No. 1052; i,s hereby approved eub3ect
to and upon completion of performance of the contract fop such off-street parking as
hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed pff^Street Parking Contract for the improvement of said Of~~
Street Parking, bearing Contract No. 1052, be given C],erk's File No. ,
be placed om file and that the Manager be authorized to aiga saatd Contract and the.~lerk
be authorized to seal the same fox and on behalf of this Gity~+ .
3. That. the Off-Street Parking Operator's Bond for perfoxaaanoe of the oanditiona
of said Off-Street Parking Contract, in the amount of Five Thousand Five.I~undred and F~,fty
($5,550.00) Dollars qn which the United Statss R'idality and Guarant~- Company, Baltimore,
Maryland, appears as Surety, is hereby approved.
4. That responsibil~tty for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said Off--Street
Parking Lot shall remain the .respons~,bility of the Off-Street ~'arkiag Lot Operator in
accordance with Ordinance Na. 2.09.
