RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER AND DRIVE-
WAYS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO ON BOTH SIDES LOGAN AVENUE
FROM 62ND STREET TO 63RD STREET.

WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Council, adopted an the 8th day of April,
1968, fixed a date for a Hearing on the proposed improvement of:

WHEREAS, all property owners,-whose property is liable to be assessed for the
making of these improveme~}ts, were given ten days published notice of the Council
Hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice, and the Hearing was
held and the property owners heard thereon, on the 13th day of May, 1968.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
innesota:
1. That such project is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
No. 3958 adopted on the 8th day of April, 196.
2. That the City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of this improvement.
Adopted by the City Council this 13th day of May, 1968.
