1. Tb•` tha proposed geometric layout of the Off-Street Parking as contained
in Off-Street Parking. Application No. 688, Contract No. 1067, is hereby approved
sub3ect to and upon completion of perfoance of the Contract for such off-street
parking as hereinafter authorized.
2. That tie proposed Off-Stye®t Parking Contract for the 3raprovement of sa~,d
Off-Street park3ang, bearing Contract No. 1067, be given Clerks File No. 7$32 ,
be p~,aced on file and that the Manager be authorized to sign said Contract and the
Clerk be an~Ehorized to seal the same for _and on behalf of this City.
3. That tl~e Off-Street Parking Operators Bond for performance of the conditions
of said Off-Street Parking Contract, in the amount of Three 1`housand Two Hundred
( $3, 200.00) Dollars on .which thte United Pacific Insurance Company, Tacoma, Wa~shing®
ton, appears as Surety is hereby approved.
!~. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and tenance of said Off-Street
Parking lot sha11 remain the responsibility of the Off-Street Parking Lot Operator
in accordance with Ordinance No. 2.09.
Adopted by the City Cpuncil of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, this 22nd day
of April, 1968.
