RESOLUTION RET,ATIVE TO VACATION OF THAT PORTION OF PLliASANT
AVEiJUE~ 30 FEET IN WIDTH LOCATED ON EAST SIDE OF RAILROAD
TRACKS Ff~M NORTH LINE' OF 63RD STREET TO 235.8 FEET NORTH
WHF~AS, a petition of the owners of the real property abutting upon that

portion of Pleasant Avenue 30 feet in width located on the Est side of the
Railroad Tracks from the North line of 63rd 3treet to 235.8 feet North adjacent
to Lot 2, Block !~, Nicolle t Homes Addition, the ~.~est 138 feet of Lot 7, except
the Last 2 feet of the South 25 feet thereof, and the West 138 Feet of Lot 8
including the vacated portion of street adjoining Block 1~, Betcher's Addition
to Richfield, according to the map or plat therof on file and of record in the
office of the Registrar of Deeds in and for said County and State, has been duly
filed with the City Council and published notice of Hearing on the vacation of saie3.
Street was given as required by Law, and this City Council has met at the time anci
place specified and has heard all interested parties and it appears in the public
interest that said Street be vacated.
NOW THERE'RE', BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, that the 3treet abutting upon that portion of Pleasant
Avenue 30 feet in width located on the East side of the Railroad Tracks from the

Homes Addition, the West 138~feet of Lot 7, except the East 2 feet of the South 2~

adjoining Block !~, Betcher~s Addition to Richfield, according to the map or plat
thereof on file and of record in the Office of the Registrar of Deeds in and for ~_~~ ~a
County and State, as the same is now dedicated ~ d laid out within the Corporates
limits of the City of Richfield, be and is hereby vacatedm
