April, 1968, a report has been prepared with reference to Concrete Curb anal
gutter and Driveways and Appurtenances thereto on Both Bides Logan Avenue from
b2nd Street to bard Street as designated in Resolution No. 3958 ,and this report
was reoeived by the Council on. Agri1 .8th, 1948, Clerk's File No. 782~~-_..•

Minnesota:..
1. That the Council consider the improvement of such Suet in accordance
with the. report and the assessment of all abutting property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement of $Lt,530.00.
2. A Fub~.ic Hearing shall be h®ld on such proposed improvement on the 13th
day of May, 19b8, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall. at 7:15 p.m. and the
Clark shall. give published notice of such Hearing and Improvement as required by
law.
