RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOU°l AID CONTRACT FOR OFF-STREET PARKING
IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICATION N0. 67-20, CONTRACT N0. 1047

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the Off-Street Parking as contained in
Off-Street Parking Application No. 67-20, Contract No. 1047, is hereby approved subject
to and upon completion of performance of the contract for such off-street perking as
hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed Off-Street Parking Contract for the improvement of -.:,yid
Off-street Parking, bearing Contract No. 1047, be given Clerk°s File No. 7818 ,
be placed on file and that the Manager be authorized to sign said Contract and the
Clerk be authorized to seal the same for and on behalf of this Gity.
3. That the Off-Street Parking Operator's Bond for performance of the conditions
of said Off-Street Parking Contract, in the amount of One Thousand Eight Hundred ($1,800000)
Dollars on which the Insurance Company of North America, Philadelphia, Pa., appears as
Surety, is hereby approved.
4. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said Off~~Street
Parking Lot shall remain the responsibility of the Off-Street Parking Lot Operator in
accordance with Ordinance Noo 2.09.
