1® That the proposed geometric layout of the Off-Street Parking a~ contained
in Off-Street Parking Application No. 68-7, Contract No. 1066, is hereby approved
sub3eet to and upan completion of performance of the Contract for such off-street
parking as hereinafter authorizec~o
2. That the proposed Off-Straat Parking Contract for the improvement of said
Off-Street parking, bearing Commtr~ct No. 1066, be given Cls rk's File No. 7816
b® placed on file and that the Manager be authorized to sign said Contract axed the
Clerk be authorized to seal the same for .and on behalf of this City.
3. That the Off-Street Parking Operator's Bond for performance of ~ conditions

on which The Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, a corporation of Hart.~ordg Connecticut,
appears as Surety is hereby approved.
~® That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said Off-Street

in accordance with Ordinance No. 2.09®
