BE' IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, as follows
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the Off-Street Parking as contained in
Off®Street Parking Appplication No. 68-l~, Contract No. 1062, is hereby approved sub-

sect to and upon compl®tion of performance of the contract for such off-street parking
as hereinafter authorized.
20 That the proposed Off-Street Parking Contract for the improvement of said
OffmStreet parking, bearing Contraot No. 10629 be given Clerkes ]Fi.le No. 78,5 ,
be placed on fil® and that the Manager be authorized to sign said Contract and the
Clerk be authorized to seal the same for and on behalf of this City.
3. That the Off-Street Parking Operator's Bond for performance of the conditions
of said Off-Street Park3.ng Contract, i.n the amount of Thirteen Thousand. Four Hundred
c$13,~.OOo00) .Dollars on which the Aetna Casualty and Surety Company,. Iia;rtford, Conn.9
appears as Surety, is h®raby approvedo
!~, That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said Off-Street
Parking lot shall remain the responsibility of the Off-Stre®t Parking Lot Operator in
accordance with Ordinance Noo 2o09p
