1. That the proposed geometric layout of the Off-Street Parking as contained in
Off-Stre®t Parking Application No. 68-6, Contract No. -1065, is heirsby approv®d subject
to and upon completion of performance of the contract for such off-sure®t park3.ng as
hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed Off-Stye®t Parking Contract for the 3mprov®ment of said
Off-Stre®t Parking, bearing Contract No. 1065, be given Clerk's-File No.~ 7797 ~
be placed on fil® and that the Manager be authorized to sign said Contract anal the
C]e rk b® authorized to seal the same for and on behalf of this City.
3. That the Off-Street Parking Operator's Bond for performanc® of the conditions
of said Off-Street Parking Contract, in the amount of Three Thousand One Hundred
( $3,100.00 } Dollars on which the Fidelity and 1?eposit Company of Maryland, Bal.timor8,
Maryland, appears as Surety, is hereby approved.
~., That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said Off-Street
Parking Lot sha11 remain the responsibility of the Off-Street Parking Lot Operator in
accordance with Ordinance No. x.09.
