Street Parking Application Noo 68-1 is hereby approved sub3ect to and upon completion of
p®rformance of tlae contract for such off®street parking as hereinafter autharizede
20 That the proposed Off-Street Parking contract for the improvem®nt of said Off
Street Parking area, bearing Contract Noo 1058, be given Clerkes File Noa 7784 ,
be placed on file and that the Manager be authorized to sign said Contract and the Clerk
be authorized to seal the wane for and on behalf of this Cityo
3 a That the Offm street Parking Operators s bond for the performazice of the conditions
of said Off®Street Parking Contract in the amount of Seventeen F~undred (~1.7OOoC~0) Dollars
on which Savings Deposit Noo 1025, in the Summit State Bank, Richfield Minnesota, is hereby
accepted in lieu of Surety Bondo
