RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AG1j.EEMENT FOR PLANNING SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota,
as followso
1. A proposed letter of agreement between piidwest Planning at~d Research, Inc.
and the City of Richfield, dated January 3~ 1968, is hereby given Clerlcas File
No. 7783 ~.nd ordered to be placed on. file.
20 It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the public health,
safety, convenience and general welfare to enter into such agreement for and on
behalf of the city such agreement is, therefore, approved and the mayor and manager
are hereby authorized and directed to execute such agreement for~.and ~.n behalf of
the city.
3. All sums due anal payable under the terms of such agreement shall. be paid
out of the Planning Commission Current Expense Account of the General Fund.
