All public streets and alleys by penetration
oiling9 2~' bituminous stabilizing and seal
coating9 and
to assess ever~r lot and parcel of land in the City of Richfield for all or
a portion of the cost of the street improvements
NOW TT~REF'ORE'e. BE IT RE~OL~ by the City Counci.]. of the City of Richfielda
Minnesotae as follows$
la That the proposed improvement be referred to the City F,hgineer for study
and that h® be instructed to report to the Counoil with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary ways as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should b est be made as proposed9 or in connection
with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommendedo
