RE8'OLUTION AUTHORIZING BXTBNSIUN OF SUBURBAN

WHERBAB, This council, on March 8, 1954, entered into an agreement
between-this city and the suburban Hennepin County Relief Board Qf
~,e the County of Hennepin for the administration and supervision ®f poor.
relief in this city which agreement was given clerk's file No. .C-1339,
and the execution of wh3.ch agreement was authorized by Resolution No.
,_ 302 of the council.
Ddt-IEREAS, it is desired to continue the terms- of contract in full force
until such time as the same may be cancelled by either party thereto
as provided in said agreement.
NCJVtt, THERBFORE, B8 IT RBSOLVBD, that all of the terms, conditions and
provivions of the aforementioned contract are hereby continued in full
force and effect so as to be binding upon both parties thereto,-the
same as though the contract was on-this date signed and made anew, and
said:.contract shall remain in full force and effect until such time as
the same may be he reef ter cancelled by eithet party under the terms. and
conditions provided for in said contract.
