BF' IT R~SOLVEp by the City Council of the City o~ Ri.chfield, as follows:
1. That the. proposed geometric layout of the Off-Street Parking as contained in
OffmStreet Parking Application Nqe 67-8 is hereby approved sub3ect to and upon com-
pletion of performance of the contract for Such Off.-Street Parking as kiereinafter
authorizedo
2. That the proposed Off-Street Parking contract for the improvement of said
Off~Street Panting area, bear3.ng contract No0 1028, be given Clerk's File No.1 ,
be placed on file and that the Manager be authorized to sign said Contract and the
C]e rk be authorized to seal the same for and on behalf of this City.
3. That the Off-Street Parking Operator's bond for the performance of the conm
ditions of said Off-Street Parking contract in the amount of One Thousand Three
Hundred ($1,300.00) Dollars on which Time Savings Certificate No. x.651 dated Nov,
25th, 1967, drawn on the Richfield Bank & Trust Company and assigned to the City of
Richfield, is hereby acceptedein lieu of Surety Bond.
~.® That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said Off-Street
Parking lot shall remain the responsibility of the Off.-Street Parking Lot pperator in
accordance with Ordinance No. 2.09.
