to and upon completion of perforraance of the Contract for such off-sure®t park~ing as
hereinafter as~thorized•
2. That the proposed Off-3trest Parking Contract for the improvem®nt of ~a~i..d off-
street parking, bearing Contract No. 1015, b®-given Clerks P3,le Nqr .7724 ~.be
Placed on file and that the Manager be authorized to sign said Contract and the ~11.q~k
be authorized to seal the same for and o~ behalf of this City.
3. That the Off-Street Pawing f?perator~ s Bond for performaz~ce~ of the aond3t3on~
of said Off.Street Parking Contact, in the mount of $5,100•00, an rich ~ F~.de7.ity
and Deposit Company of Maryland, Baltimore, Maryland, appears ats surety, is hsreby
approved.

Parking Lot shall remain the responsibility of the Off-,Street Parking Lot Operator,
in accordance with Ordinance No. 2.090
