WHFIRE'AS, by Resolution Noe 3904 ,passed b~ the Council on the 13th day of
Novembers 1967,. the City Ehgineem was so ordered to prepare plans and specifications
for Sanitary Sewer improvement at the following locations
Parcel 1l~6~~ Plat l~G.834, described as the West ~ of
the East ~ of the North 3 acres of the SEA of the S~9
Section 31~, Township 28, Range 21~e
7601, 5th Avenue South
and, has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval; and
WHEREAS, such improvement is in its entirety of a type which under Minnesota law
it is permissible for this city to construct by day labor o
NOW THE~~'ORFJ, BFJ IT RE~iOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minna

2, The City Fingineer shall proceed under the direction of the City Council and
the City Manager to carry on all work in connection with such improvement
in accordance with the plans and specifications herein approved, keeping
suoh account of all costs and expenses incurred in corm®ction therewith
as may be required by the City Manager and as required by Lawe
3e The cost of such pro,ect shall originally be charged against the Co Pe
Noe 567 account of the Special Assessment Bond Fund but upon completion
of such pro3ect the Administrative staff sha11 initiate steps to assess
the cost against the property especially benefitted therabye
