consideration has been liven to representations made at such hearin~~ and
WHF~`RF1AS, it appears to this Council that it ~.s nec®ss~xy and desirable to
abate such Oak Wilt nuisance in the manner proposed ~n the x~epprt of the City .

2• Such work sha11 be performed, by Bachman's ox .any other suali coa~tr~~tor
as the City Manager may st~.pulate, the cost of such p~o~ect bei~~ l$ss than the
amount requir3.ng competitive bids.
3. The cost of such pro3ect shall oxd.g~.nally be charged against the
account of the General Fund but upon completion of such pro~ept e
~ir~istrative staff shall initiate steps to assess the cost against the property
especially benefitted thereby. ,
