RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREENi_ENT FOR JANITORIAL SERVIGES
BE IT RESOLVELI by the City Council of the City of Richfield Minnesota9
as follows:
1. A proposed agreement with Marsden Bldgo NTa~.ntenance Co.~ Znc. for
janitorial services in the Richfield City Ha11 is hereby given C1erk~s-File
No. and ordered to be placed on file.
2e Such agreement. ~.s hereby approved and the mayor and manager are
hereby authorized and di~~ected to execute such agreement for and ~,n behalf of
the city.
3e Any sums payable pursuant to the provisions of such agreement shall
be charged and paid out of the City Hall Account of the Qreneral fund.
