Hearing on said improvement was so ordered to be held on the. 9th.. day of October, 19b~t,'' aiid

1967, Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. was. so ordered to prepare plus and'specif3.ca-
tions for storm Sewer Construction far City Project No. 5bl as outlined in said Resolution
No. 3801, and has presented such plans and .specifications to the Council for approval.

as follows:
1. That such plans and s~cifications are hereby approved, Clerk's~File No.~^..
2. That sealed bids will be publicly opened by the City Manager on the bth day of
November, 1867, at 11:30 A_.Ni. in the Council Chambers -and that such bids wi7.l
be tabulated and presented to the City Council for award on the 13th day of
November, lgb7.
3. That all bids shall be filed with the City Clerk not ~.ater than 11:30 A.M. on
the 6th day of November, 1867, and that said bids will ~ opened and read
aloud at that time.

said improvement as required by Law.
