to and upon completion of performance of the Contraot for such off®street parking as
hereinafter authorizedo

on file and that the A4anager be authorized to sign said Contract and the Clerk be author®
ized to seal the same for and on behalf of this City
3p That the OffmStreet Parking Operators Bond for performance of the conditions of
said Off®Street ?'arking Contract, in the amount of X2500000 on which the Great l~merican
Insurance Company, 99 John Street, New York, New York, appears as Surety, is hereby
approved®
~o That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said Off~Street
Parking Lot shall remain the responsibility of the Off®Street Parking Lot Operator in
accordance with Ordinance Noa 24090
