WHF'REAS, said A4ark Z Jones has complied with the provisions of said agreement and
the Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, Baltimore Maryland now seeks to be
relieved of any further obligation under said bond, and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no justification for requiring said Maxk Z. Jones to
continue to provide a bond for security on the performance of said agreement_a

as follows
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to release the Fidelity and
Deposit Company of Maryland for any and all acts of Dark Za Jones, committed or incurred
