Lion of Contract No. 936, and which contract was guaranteed by a bond of the Trinity
Universal Insurance Companys 2aa0 Ross Avenues Dallas, Texas, in the sum of $11s000.ao,
and
WHERCAS, said Mark Z. Jones has complied with the provisions of said agreement
and the Trinity Universal Insurance Company now seeks to be relieved of any further
obligation under said bonde and
WHE'RE'AS, there appears to be no 3ustification for requiring said Mark Ze Jones to
continue to provide a bond for security on the performance of said agrsem®nt.

That the City Manager is heraby authorized and directed to release the Trinity
Universal Insuranc® Company for any and all acts of Mark Z. Jones, committed or
incurred in violation of said Contract No. 9369 on and after the 23rd day of Octobers
19b7.
