council inclicating that a frame dwelling and garage at 6832 Tr~.ng Avenue South
are an hazardous and dangerous conditions and

or removing of such structures 3n accordance wa.th applicable statutesg and.

20 The mayor and manager are hereby authorized. and. directed to issue an
ord®r directing the razing o~ removal of such hazardous and dangerous structures

3o The city attox°ney is hereby authorized and directed to cause such order
to be served upon the own®rs of such properties and all other appropriate P®rsons
