1. That the Council conceder the abatement of oak wilt on px3.vate property by tree
removal in accordance with the report and the assessment of private property for all or
a portion of the cost of the improvement at an estimated total cost of $18500.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such improvement on the 23rd day of Octobar9 ~~
19679 in the Council Chambers of the City Ha119 at 7815 P.M. and the Clerk shall give
published notice of such Hearing as required by Law.
Passed by the City Council this 9th day of Octobers 1967.
