la -That the City FJngineering Division is hereby authori:z®d and directed to
erect the following signs at the following location9 to wit:
"No Parking" signs on both sides 76th Street
from Highway 3yW Frontage Road to Penn Av®nu~
2e That when the aforementioned traffic control signs have been so erected
on said streets th®y sha71 be official traffic control signs. of tho Gity of
Richfield9 and failure to obsex~re such signs shall. constitute a violation of the
traffic ordinance of this Cityo
