subject to and upon co~apl®tion of perfo~nance of the Contract f®r suoh off'-street
parking as hereinafter authorizede
2. That the proposed Off®3treet Parking Contract for tie improvem®nt of said

placed on file and that the Manager be authorized to sign said Contract and the
Clerk be authorized to seal the same for and on behalf of thin City.
