BE gT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richf laid, Minnesota:
YIP%~REAS, at the tsme of the eletes~mination by the City Council of the~City of
Richfield of the total amounts of money to be assessed in the proceedings of the
improvements listed below, certain parcels of land had been forfeited to the state
and were therefore not subject iaa assessment,
NUJ, ~REFORE, pursuant to Chapter 394, Laws of Minnesota 1941, the city council
does hereby determine that each of the parcels of land hereinafter described would
have been assessed the amounts set opposite each such described parcel, if such
parcel had not been tax forfeited lands and therefore not subject to assessment
and the city council does hereby determine that each of said parcels has been bene-
fited in an amount equal to and in excess of the amounts set opposite-each of said
parcels:

The city clerk is hereby directed to make an abstract shows ng the description of
each parcel of land forfeited to the state for nonmpayment of taxes at the time of
the determination by the city council of the amounts to be assessed in these proceed-
~ngs, and showing, in accordance with this resolution, the total amount that would
have been assessed a$ains t each such parcel of land if it had been subject to assess-
ment, The said city cle~°k shall certify such abstract to the.~ounty auditor of
Iennepin County for presentation to the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County,
