WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3842 passed bq the c ouncii on the 28th day pf
August, 1967, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment
roll of the cost of sidewalk construction, City Pro~ec•t No, 544,
WfIBRBAS, the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed stssess-
merat has been completed and filed in his off ice for public inspection,
N~ E~~, BE IT RESOY.VEI- by the city council of the City of Rick~fieid,
Minnesota, as follows s
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 25th day of September, ],967,
in the council chambers of the Richfield City Hail at 7:15 o'clock
P,M, to pass upon such proposed assessment ..and a t such time and
place ail persons ou-~ning property affected by such improvement wi11
be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such improve-
ment.
2, The city clerk is hereby directed .to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published in the officiai.news-
paper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shalt state
in the notice the to tai assessable cost of the improvement in the
amount of $1163,42,
