NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RB80LVEI- by the City Council of the City of Richfield as
foil.ows:
Y„ That the cost of sidewalk Construction to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be at least 2®~ of this cost for residential property and 5(1'10
fir apartment bu iidi ngs, churches, schools ancY commercial property, and
therefore $1163,42 will be assessed against property benefited thereby.
2® That said assessments shall run for a period of five years.
3o The cityy clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially
assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel
. of land affected without regard to cash valuation, .as provided tsy law, and
he sha9:l file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public
inspection.
4~ The clerk shall notify tha council upon completion of such proposed assess-
ment,
