roll of the cost of curb construction, City Pro,~ect No. 539, and

assessment has been computed and filed iri his ®ffice f®r public inspec-

ill THEREFORE, BE IT' REi~~ by the city ceauncil ®f ttae City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
io A public hearing shall be held on the 25th day of
~Sept'ember, 19678 in the council chambers of the
Richfield City Hail at 7;15 PsM. to pass upon .such
proposed assessment and at such time .and place all
persons owning property aff acted by :such improvement
will be given an opportunity to b e heard with refer-
once to such improvemen to
~20" The city c9.erk is hereby directed to cause a notice
-of the hearring on the proposed assessment to be pub-
lished in the official newspaper at least two weeks
prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the-notice
the total assessable cost of the improvement in the
amount of $11,396.90.
