BF1 IT R~OLVFJD by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows: to That it is hereby determined that the bid of Hiawatha Cement Company 3925 Minnehaha Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota, is the lowest bid by a responsible bidder for the construction of Ci-L~~Pro3ect Ncse 550A and 550B o 20 That the bid of Hiawatha Cement Company for the construction of the above referenced pro3ect, on a unit price basis at the price contained in their proposal of August 9th, 1967, with an estimated construction cost of $5,239.00 is hereby accepted. 3o That the proposed Contract between Hiawatha Cement. Company and the City of l~.chfield be given C1e rk a s File No sand be placed on file , That said proposed contract for the construction o said City Projects is hereby approved and adopted and the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute said oontraot for and on behalf of the City of Ri dzfield and the City Cle rk is authorized and directed to affix the City seal thereto. 1~.
