City Project Nom 540, 1966 Annual Street Improvement and Gpiling Progran, and
, the net cost of construction of City Project No` 540 has been deter®
mined to be $126,586,46, and of this cost the City of Richfield will pay
$49,632p13 as its share of tine cost including its share as a property owner,

WHER~I~, it has been determined that there is a total of 835,264*2 assessable
front feet against which the foregoing costs shall be assessed,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RE~I.YBD by the City Council of the City of Richfield as
foliowsi
la That the cost 6f City Project Noo 540 to be specially assessed is
hereby declared to be $116,937.54,
2® That the assessable front feet against which such costs shall be
assessed is hereby declared to be 835,264,2Q
3o That the rate per assessable front foot is hereby declared to be
fourteen cents (Oa14,o
4 ® That the city clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to
be specially assessed for City Project No, 540 against each lot, piece and
parcel of land within the City of Richfield affected, without regard of cash
valuation, as provided by law,
5e The city clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment,
file a copy thereof in his office for public inspection, and shall notify the
city councilor
