as follows:
1. That the City ~.gineering Division is hereby authorized and directed
to erect the following signs at the following locations' to wit:

Street a distance of 50 feet rest from fast
Ct:.rb lin® ®f Grand Av®nue.
2. Tha~ when the a~or~~.ention®d traffic control sigr~~ ha~re been sc
erected on said streets th~~ shall be official traffic contr®1 signs ®f s
City of Richfield, and fail~.~ to observ® such signs shall constitute a viola®
Lion of the traffic ordina~ ce of this City.
