to That the Council consider the improvement of the district hereinafter described
in accordance with the report and the assessment of the following described property, to

thence East along the centerline of 69th Street a distance of 186. feet, more or
less to its intersection with the mid block line bettaeen 19th end 20th Avenues;
thence North along said mid®block line to the centerline of 68th Street; thence
