le That the proposed improvement be referred to Orr-Schelen-Mayeron &
Associates, InCe, (Consulting F.,hg3.n.®ers) for study and that they be instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a
preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible, the area to
be assessed, and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in"connection
with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improveme~.t as recommended.
2. That the Storm Sewe3r Improvement listed i.n this Resolution shall hereafter
be known as City Pro3ect Toe 557.
3. That the costs for preliminary work sha11 bQ pai.d from the Construction
Fund, such costs to be reimbursed when ,financing has been accomplished for the
construction of this project.
