1, A proposed agreement entitled wEasement for Sidewalk"e between the
City of Richfield and the Minneapolis-StoPaul Metropolitan airports Commissions
is hereby given Clerks Fi1.e Noo C-?627 and ordered to be placed on filed
2a It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the public
healthe safety' convenience and general welfare to enter into such agreement
for and on behalf of the city so as to provide a location fora sidewalk along
the easterly edge of the right~of~.way of State Highway 36 between 66th and 68tH
