BED IT RESOLq'E~D by the City Council of the City of Richfield, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the Off-Street Parking as con-
tamed in Off-Street Parking Application No. b7-10' Contract No.1032A is hereby
approved sub3ect to and upon comple tion of performance of the Contract for such
off street parking as hereinafter authorizedo
2. That the proposed Off-Street Parking Contract for the improvement of
said off-street parking, bearing Contract No. 1032, be given Clerk's File No.
be plated on file and that the Manager be authorized to sign
said Contract and the Clerk be authorized to seal the smne for and on behalf.

3. That the Off-Street Parking Operator~~ Bond for performance of the
conditions of said Off-Street Parking Contract9 in the annount of $2600.00, on
which the American Insurance Company of Newark, New Jersey, appears as Surety,
is hereby approved.
1~. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said
Off-Stre®t Fark3ang Lot shall remain the responsibility of the Off-Street
Parking Lot Ope~r ator in accordance with Ordinance No. 2.090
