WHEREAS, a petition of the owners of the real property abutting Lot 5, Block 2,
Strands s 2nd Addition and Lot 1, Block 2, Strand Bowen Addition to Richfield (A7.drich
Avenue from 77'~ Stzaeet to Highway #l~91~ Frontage Road) according to the map or plat
th®reof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Deeds in and for
said County and State, has been duly filed with the City Council and published notice
of Hearing on the vacation of said Street was -given as required by Law, and this
City Council has met at the time and place specified and has heard all interested
parta,es and it appears in the .public interest that said Street be vacatedA
NOW THEREFORE', BED IT I~,SOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riehfields
Hennepin County, Minnesota, that. the Street abutting upon Lot 5, Block 2, Strandts
2nd Addition and Lot 1, Block 2, Strand Bowen Addition to Richfield (Aldrich Avenue
from 77~ Street to Highway #49~. Frrontage Road) according to the map mr plat thereof

and State, as the same is now dedicated and laid out within the Corporate limits of
